Ahi Wai Eco-neighbourhood
Ahi Wai, Fire and Water, is where an ancient lava flow met a stream and cooled to form the unique central city site where a eco neighbourhood would have been built. It is a 17 dwelling community in Regent, Central Whangarei. Planning was well underway, investments to secure lots were happening and site works were expected to commence in spring and building in 2022
